FAQs
Yes, children are welcome to play golf on either of our golf courses. However, our pro-shop reserve the right to restrict play depending on the age and skill of the child. An adult may be required to accompany under 16s. Full golf attire is required for any golfer wishing to play the courses.
Kids under 16 years are not permitted in the gyms or poolside facilities (sauna and steam room). Your child may swim during the allocated children's swim times, but must be accompanied by an adult.

Our treatments are suitable for people over the age of 16. We do not provide treatments for children under 16.
Breakfast is served in Restaurant 1779 from 6:30am - 9:30am on weekdays and 7am - 10:30am on weekends and bank holidays.
Enjoy a sit-down dinner at Restaurant 1779, offering a selection of classic dishes and a specialised grill menu.
Opening times for dinner at Restaurant 1779 are 6pm - 9pm everyday.

We had a lovely couple of days here during half term with our granddaughter who loved the swimming pool and the buffet breakfast.
We recently stayed as a family of 4 for two nights. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay and having children times in the pool was a bonus for us.
Stayed here a number of times and it never disappoints. Kids love being able to use the pool and the staff are always great. Thanks to Jamie who was brilliant in changing our room set up after we made an error. Much appreciated!
Lovely hotel, with excellent service from all staff. The rooms are nice and clean with good value for money. The pool is beautiful and warm and offers good children swimming times... Recommended for families with a lovely special touch for children after dinner of milk and biscuit.
Very good hotel. It was clean, with well-appointed friendly staff, a very good restaurant and all at a very reasonable price. We stayed here for a short break with the family. There's loads to do in the nearby area. It's a great hotel with a child-friendly swimming pool to use as a base.
Excellent in every way. There were 15 of us together and the hotel management team was extremely helpful in every respect... The hotel is comfortable, and clean, with plenty of parking and ideal facilities for the whole family.
